LORD MEHER- “The Ancient One”

Lord Meher is one of SYU’s highly ambitious animation content in collaboration with ‘HIIOAVER Immersive Experience’ about Avatar Meher Baba’s life story and messages for universal brotherhood.

In a world increasingly divided by identities and borders, we felt it was important to remind people that we are, at our core, one. This animated content is a timeless vision of peace and harmony of the spiritual master. Our goal was to keep the storytelling accessible but powerful. So, we used a deep but simple animation to show the story of his father’s spiritual quest and the divine arrival of this great spiritual master.
Instead of taking a linear, factual route, we structured the story using symbolic representations – from deserts of Iran to green landscapes Gujarat. We used minimal dialogue and relied on strong imagery and transitions to carry the narrative. Each scene was intended to connect with the feelings of pain and longing of the protagonist. We intended to inspire a subtle shift in consciousness instead of a direct message. So, the narrative was built with spiritual and historical references, revealing the master as the “Ancient One.”
